The Counseling Source, Inc. is a certified mental health agency through the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) and accredited through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). This means we have passed an in-depth review of our services. Our operational procedures and programs were subject to the close scrutiny of the CARF accreditation process. With this review, it was determined by CARF that we conform to nationally and internationally recognized service standards. The Counseling Source is committed to maintaining these standards of excellence in its provision of service to you and your loved ones. Our clinical staff are all licensed by or registered with the Ohio Medical, Psychology, or Counseling, Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapy Boards.
